We women are so hard on ourselves.  I feel sad when I think of all the flaws the women that I know can point out about themselves (me included) while overlooking the tremendous accomplishments they have achieved and beauty they possess.  I just had a conversation with a woman who runs her own business and has a two small children.  She works incredibly hard and is a terrific mother but all she could focus on was how she needed to lose ten pounds.  And, while I am all for self improvement and fitness, I also know that, in the big picture a woman’s beauty and happiness has little to do with being slightly plump or perfectly thin and much to do with self confidence.
